Ingredients
1/4 cup oil
2/3 cup sugar
1 egg or egg replacer
1 cup tapioca, corn, or arrowroot starch
1/2 cup millet or sorghum flour
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup cocoa
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup coconut milk or other milk substitute

Method:
Combine all ingredients except milk in a medium bowl. Slowly add milk while stirring and break up any lumps. The batter will be relatively thin.
Heat about 1/4″ oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Scoop out with cookie scoop and drop into hot oil. Flip after a minute or so.
Remove from oil and place on paper towels.
Glaze, then repeat process with the next batches until batter is finished.

Glaze:
In another bowl melt margarine and chocolate chips in the microwave for a minute,
adding 30 seconds and stirring if additional time is needed.
Add the milk substitute and powdered sugar. Mix until not lumpy, then drizzle over donuts.

In the chinese custom, we will have to gather the whole family and eat the reniuen dinner. at the night we will have to '守夜' for our parents so they will be healthy and protect them from any harm... i do that until 3a.m. i am so tired as tomorrow we will have to 9a.m. go bai nian"拜年"

next day we went to my relatives house my mother exchange oranges with both hands as it was a manner and say gong xi fa xai. everyone ask me am i feeling better, i answered ya i am feeling better. i collected a lot of ang bao. actually i am born in rat year in chinese calender. Why? because i was born in the chinese lunar month. we continue bai nian "拜年" the next three days.

we also eat lao hei "捞鱼生" we will shout huat ah, 步步高升，财源广进，万事如意，招财进宝，心想事成，迎春接福。we will scoop high when we say those words.. than when 初十五 we will eat our last new year dinner called “元宵” i like chinese NEW YEAR!!!!!!!! 新年快乐红包拿来。为了保护环竟，不要送卡给我，只需要在五十块写对我的祝福在寄给我，我会感激不敬。
